MIDDLEBURY, VT – The No. 11-ranked Trinity College women's lacrosse team advanced to the 2026 New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) semifinals as the No. 4 seed after edging No. 5 Amherst College, 9–8, in last weekend's quarterfinals. The Bantams will face top-seeded and nationally No. 1-ranked Middlebury College on Saturday afternoon. The NESCAC semifinals and championship games will be held in Middlebury, Vermont, on the campus of Middlebury College. Saturday's semifinal matchups feature No. 4 Trinity (12–4) vs. No. 1 Middlebury (16–0) at 12 p.m., followed by No. 3 Wesleyan (14–2) vs. No. 2 Tufts (14–2) at 3 p.m. The championship game is scheduled for Sunday at 1 p.m.
