CHICAGO- The 20th-ranked University of Chicago women's lacrosse team dominated in a win over Illinois Wesleyan University on Wednesday night at Stagg Field. After falling to Middlebury earlier in the week, the Maroons took down the Titans with a season-high 23 goals.

CHICAGO -- The 20th-ranked University of Chicago women's lacrosse team battled back from a tough first quarter to test the #1 ranked team in the nation with a 13-6 loss to the 5-time defending National Champions, Middlebury. The seven-goal margin of victory for the Panthers is the third-smallest against a non-NESCAC opponent in the past four seasons with the lone two six-goal games coming against #3 TCNJ in 2023 (17-11) and #3 Franklin & Marshall in the 2024 National Semifinals (15-9).
