Stoetzel '28 leads women's track and field on last day at regional meet

COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Hamilton College's

Emmeline Stoetzel '28 headlined the Continentals' efforts on the second and final day of the 2026 All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference Outdoor Championships at Ursinus College's Patterson Field on Thursday, May 14.

Stoetzel finished in sixth place out of 24 athletes with a collegiate-best mark of 11.51 meters (37 feet, 9.25 inches) in the women's triple jump. She accomplished the feat on just her second attempt.

Mackenzie Loudon '29 landed in 17

th place with a distance of 11.10 meters (36 feet, 5 inches).

Tatiana McCray '28 ended up in 13

th place out of 33 runners in the women's 200-meter dash with a personal-record time of 25.34 seconds.

Ruby Austin '29 finished in 22

nd place out of 29 runners in the women's 400-meter dash in 58.93 seconds.

Emma Chrismer '28 (19

th place, 2:18.93),

Kate Scibelli '26 (24

th, 2:20.43) and

Nora Burroughs '29 (25

th, 2:20.93) were part of a 43-athlete field in the women's 800-meter run.

Emily Pogozelski '26 wrapped up her Hamilton career by finishing 15

th out of 22 athletes in the women's 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:52.12.

The foursome of Austin, Chrismer, Burroughs and Scibelli finished in ninth place in the women's 4x800-meter relay with a time of 9:53.46.

Stoetzel, who ended up ranked 45

th in NCAA Division III in the triple jump, added three team points to the Continentals' total as they finished in 15

th place in the team standings with 21.

Hamilton's

Dana Schwartz '26 is expected to earn a spot in the NCAA championships for the javelin throw on Friday, May 15 when the qualifiers are announced.
