WEST POINT, N.Y. — Senior pitcher Amanda Eaglin, sophomore first baseman Hannah Laub and senior third baseman Ashton White received spots on the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Northeast All-Region Teams on Thursday.

Amanda Eaglin and Hannah Laub were named to the Second Team for the first time in their career, while Ashton White received Third Team honors.

The trio receiving the honors is the second-most honors the Black Knights have earned in a single season, just short of the program record of four NFCA honorees set in 2014.

All three of the cadet-athletes were also named to the Patriot League All-League First Team, while White also earned Patriot League All-Tournament Team honors.

Amanda Eaglin, the first Second Team member, finished the regular season with a league-best 2.34 ERA and .198 opposing batting average.

Eaglin also had a career-best 12 wins, pitched her first complete-game no-hitter, and added 80 strikeouts this season to receive her first-ever All-League Team nod. Eaglin also finishes her career sixth all-time in career strikeouts in Army softball history.

Hannah Laub, Army's second honoree, completed the regular season leading the team with a .406 batting average, 1.171 OPS, .667 slugging percentage, .504 on-base percentage and 23 walks.

Laub added 42 hits, 26 RBIs and seven home runs through both regular season and postseason play in her first year with the softball program.

Finally, Ashton White finished her final season with team-highs in hits (75), extra-base hits (23), home runs (11) and RBIs (52), all while batting .389 with a .411 on-base percentage and 1.048 OPS. The senior also broke the Army's single-season and career home run and RBIs records during the regular season.
