Peyton McGuire Earns Honorable Mention All-American Honors from USA Lacrosse
SPARKS, Md. -- University of Chicago junior attacker Peyton McGuire has been selected as an All-American by USA Lacrosse Magazine, as announced by the USA Lacrosse Magazine staff on Wednesday night.

Peyton McGuire has been selected as an All-American by USA Lacrosse Magazine, as announced by the USA Lacrosse Magazine staff on Wednesday night.
The Little Silver, New Jersey native has led the UChicago offense with 58 goals and 17 assists this season, and she is just two goals from becoming the third player in UChicago history to score 60 goals in a single season. She has also added 25 ground balls and 12 caused turnovers on the defensive end.
In her career, the junior biological sciences major has tallied 158 goals and 42 assists, and she is the third player in program history to tally over 200 points in her career. She ranks top-three in program history in both goals (2nd with 158) and points (3rd with 200), and she also sits top-ten in UChicago history with 42 career assists.
McGuire joins
Rachel Keefe, and
Evelina Swigart as the four Maroons to earn multiple All-America honors in their career after she was named a 3rd-Team All-America selection in 2025 by the IWLCA.
McGuire and the rest of the University of Chicago women's lacrosse team will return to action this weekend as the Maroons travel to Middletown, Connecticut, for a Sweet 16 matchup with #2 Wesleyan (CT). The game is scheduled for 11:30 AM ET on Saturday.
