MIT Receives Program Record Five IWLCA All-Region Honors

NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – The MIT women's lacrosse team saw a program record five student-athletes earn Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) All-Region Team accolades on Friday.

Ashley Thomas and

Pauline Vien were voted to the Berkshire Region First Team while

Gwen Flusche,

Annica Lam, and

Loralei Quinn were placed on the Second Team.

Ashley Thomas

• IWLCA Berkshire Region First Team

• Career stats: 232 goals (second all-time), 212 assists (first all-time), 444 points (first all-time)

• Previous IWLCA honors: All-America Second Team (2024), All-Region First Team (2024, 2025)

• Other 2026 postseason awards: NEWMAC All-Conference First Team

Pauline Vien

• IWLCA Berkshire Region First Team

• Career stats: 317 saves (fourth all-time), 9.01 goals against average (first all-time), .529 save percentage (second all-time)

• Previous IWLCA honors: All-Region Second Team (2025)

• Other 2026 postseason awards: NEWMAC Tournament Most Outstanding Player, NEWMAC Defensive Athlete of the Year, NEWMAC All-Conference First Team

Gwen Flusche

• IWLCA Berkshire Region Second Team

• Career stats: 104 goals (22

nd all-time), 86 assists (third all-time), 190 points (12th all-time), 290 draw controls (first all-time), 154 groundballs (fourth all-time), 61 caused turnovers (ninth all-time)

Annica Lam
