The second varsity eight crew reached the grand final and finished in sixth place. Columbia's heavyweight first varsity eight boat earned a victory in the third final over Navy and Holy Cross, recording a time of 5:52.603.
The lightweight first varsity eight crew features a young core of five first-years, three sophomores, and a junior. The Lions have gained speed each week and improved their times. The second varsity eight and varsity four bring together seniors and a mix of athletes who can pick up the most speed heading into the championships.
