Wrestling’s Harrington Earns No. 20 Seed at 157 Pounds at NCAA Championships
Senior Jimmy Harrington has earned the No. 20 seed in the 157-pound weight class for the 2026 NCAA Championships, the NCAA announced as part of its selection show on Wednesday night.

Jimmy Harrington has earned the No. 20 seed in the 157-pound weight class for the 2026 NCAA Championships, the NCAA announced as part of its selection show on Wednesday night.
Harrington – ranked No. 21 in the final NCAA Coaches' Rankings – will meet No. 13 seed Derek Raike (21-5) of Ohio in the round of 32 on Thursday morning.
Now a two-time NCAA qualifier, Harrington will compete at the event for the second straight season after making his NCAA debut in 2025.
Harrington has posted a 21-8 record thus far on the season, leading the team in wins (21), dual wins (nine), Ivy dual wins (four), and major decisions (six). Harrington earned both Honorable Mention All-Ivy and Academic All-Ivy during the regular season.
The 2026 NCAA Championships run from March 19-21 (ESPN+/ESPNU/ESPN2/ESPN) at Rocket Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.
