ANNAPOLIS, Md. // Navy's Chip Deegan (Sr / Newport Beach, Calif.) and Jack Tarzy (Sr / Medford, N.J.) have been named to the PING All-Northeast Region Team it was announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America. Deegan and Tarzy were among the 150 student-athletes, representing 81 institutions nationwide to be named to one of the six all-region teams.

Improving throughout the weekend, the Navy heavyweight rowing program concluded its three days of action at the 2026 IRA National Championship on Sunday with its top three varsity eight crews all competing in C Finals. Racing for positions 13 through 18 nationally, the Mids' first and third boats finished runner-up in their respective competitions to place 14th overall, while its second varsity came in 17th. As a team, Navy ranked 14th in the Ten Eyck Team Points standings.
