Kennedy Kirkland of Bowdoin College's women's track and field team has once again achieved All-American status at the NCAA Division III Championships in Birmingham, Alabama. Kirkland placed 13th in the women's long jump with a leap of 5.47 meters, improving four spots from her initial seeding. In women's golf, Bowdoin set new program records at the Savannah Invitational held at The Club at Savannah Harbor. The team achieved their best-ever scores for both 18-hole and 36-hole rounds, culminating in an eighth-place finish in a competitive field. This performance marks a significant milestone for the program as they continue to build on their recent progress.
The men's golf team also made headlines with a strong showing at the Fernandina Beach Collegiate Invitational in Amelia Island, Florida. Bowdoin finished fourth out of 12 teams, propelled by a standout performance from Eskin, who shot a school-record 66. The team completed the tournament with a three-round total of +25, marking a promising start to their spring season.
