The Colby Men's Basketball team concluded their season with a 99–84 loss to Tufts University in the NESCAC Quarterfinals. Despite a strong offensive performance, the Mules could not overcome the #11 nationally ranked Jumbos on their home court in Medford, Massachusetts. Under the guidance of new Head Coach Sean Rutigliano, Colby finished the season with a respectable 16-9 overall record. This appearance marked the Mules' sixth NESCAC tournament entry in the past seven years, highlighting their consistent presence in the postseason.
In men's ice hockey, Colby experienced a mixed weekend to close their season. On Friday, the Mules secured a thrilling 3-2 overtime victory against Tufts University, marking their second win over the Jumbos this season. However, the momentum did not carry into Saturday's matchup against Connecticut College, where Colby fell 5-2. The Mules wrapped up their season with a 10-12-2 overall record and a 6-11-1 mark in NESCAC play. Despite the season-ending loss, the team's competitive spirit was evident throughout the weekend.
