Nine Hamilton College women’s track and field athletes have been honored with all-region recognition by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association for their performances during the 2026 NCAA Division III outdoor season. This accolade highlights the depth of talent within the program as the NCAA Championships approach.
The NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships are being held from May 21 to May 23 at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Hamilton’s Dana Schwartz and Jack Quinn are representing the college at this prestigious event. Quinn secured his place in the men’s 3,000-meter steeplechase with a personal-best time of 9:06.11 at the NESCAC championships, earning the 22nd and final spot in his event. His heat is scheduled to begin at 6:35 p.m. Central time on Thursday, May 21. The championships present an opportunity for both athletes to compete against the best in Division III track and field, furthering Hamilton's reputation in the sport.
As the outdoor season progresses, Hamilton's cross country and track and field programs continue to demonstrate their commitment to excellence, both on the course and in the classroom. The next significant event for the track and field team will be the culmination of the NCAA Championships, where they will aim to build on their recent successes.
