The Bowdoin men's lacrosse team has received notable accolades this week, with ten players recognized in the USILA All-American and NEILA All-New England honors. Among them, junior attackman Casey Ryan, junior defender Nico Schermer, and senior long stick midfielder Alex Byrne were named First Team All-Americans. Schermer also earned the distinction of William Stiles Outstanding Defenseman of the Year, while Byrne was recognized as the Long Stick Midfielder of the Year. Additionally, junior attackman Chris Berry and faceoff specialist Cam Wietfeldt were named Second Team All-Americans. This recognition underscores a strong season for the Polar Bears, reflecting their competitive prowess in the NESCAC.
