The Cornell sailing team concluded its historic season by finishing 17th at the ICSA Open Fleet Race National Championship, marking the program's best finish in its history. This milestone follows their eighth-place finish at the Open Eastern Semifinals, which secured their first-ever spot in the national finals. Competing against elite collegiate programs, the Big Red showcased their skills, particularly through the A Division crew of junior skipper Winborne Majette and freshman crew Grace Penque, who delivered several strong performances, including a notable victory in race 11.
